Fidentia 5th Anniversary 2018

In August it was 5 years since Fidentia’s was founded as a Lloyd’s Broker.  A proud moment in reaching the landmark anniversary and to commemorate this, we hosted a celebration at the famous St Katherines Dock in London.

We were delighted to mark this occasion, not only to celebrate our 5^th anniversary, but to say thank you to our many Clients and Underwriters who have supported us along the way.

With the guest list confirmed, all plans finely tuned and finalised the team were all set in welcoming the guests and for the celebrations to begin, or so we thought!. At midday and with only a few hours before the first guests were due to arrive, Storm Emma decided to pay the UK a visit and with winds predicted to be in excess of 40mph, the floating pontoon would need to be closed and we would need to find an alternative venue to host the event.

And so we did – The caterers Dokke were able to offer exclusive use of their restaurant which proved to be a triumph. To be able to watch the chefs at work, whilst sipping fine wine and sampling such wonderful Asian fusion cuisine in such a beautiful setting, we could not have wished for more, a fantastic occasion.

A big thank you to Dokke restaurant, for making it possible and saving the day and to our clients and underwriters, some of whom had travelled long distances to join us in the celebrations.
